The class will acquire the basic understanding of the principles of innovation management using The Innovation Management Assessment Framework (IMAF) through project planning and statistical software that are most commonly used in real-world projects.

Director
Dr Stan Lobo received his BSc (Hons.) and MSc (Physical Chemistry) from the University of Mumbai, PhD in Chemistry from Miami University (USA) and PhD in Business and Operations Management from Western Sydney University (Australia).
Dr Lobo has over 35 years of industry and teaching/research experience. He has been a Management Systems Assessor in Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), Safety (ISO 45001 & AS4801) and Market Opinion and Social Research (ISO 20252) programs with Intertek SAI Global and a Sessional Lecturer in Operations Management at the Western Sydney University.
In industry, he has worked in various capacities of management, consulting, research and development and technical services. He has been involved in best practices particularly, in Innovation Management projects from Concept to Commercialisation during his ten-year tenure at Procter and Gamble.
He has extensive experience working with a range of organisations and disciplines (chemical, pharmaceutical, medical devices, packaging, projects, education, research, government/ public sector, multinational and Australian owned large, medium and small organisations in both manufacturing and service sectors).
